nearly 9 months

The girls are nearly nine months and they have begun crawling over this weekend. They won't come to you on demand unless you have a camera at your eye as they are very curious about electronics.

I baby-proofed our sunken living room so the girls will no longer have cords and wires they can wrap around their necks and there is plenty of room for them to roam freely.

Yesterday I put a blanket and a play-yard in the front yard while Larry and I were doing yard work and Ruby actually pulled herself up to standing. Layla kept coughing and choking but I couldn't find anything after checking several times. I fed the girls some milk and even after that she still kept couching and wretching like there was something in her mouth or throat. I opened up her mouth and looked inside and there was a leaf stuck to the roof of her little mouth.

I don't know if I mentioned last post that I am watching another set of twins every other week for the summer. Its only 3 or 4 days during the weeks that I have them and they are good 6 year old boys. At first it was hard to find things to keep them busy but recently they met the boys next door and the four of them have been spending a lot of time together. Other than that they play video games and I let them help me cook.

Larry's job situation continues to be uncertain and we are still owed quite a bit of money from the company he does the majority of work for. However, we are getting enough of the money that we are doing fine and are not on any forms of assistance.

I recently sent in a financial review to my dr.s to see about lowering or getting rid of my debt entirely if my situation meets their criteria. I already have a payment plan set up with the hospital but I think I will call them and attempt to get that debt lowered as well.
